PHOENIX (AP) — The prosecutor's office in Arizona's most populous county announced Monday that all pending cases for possessing an ounce or less of marijuana will be dismissed after the state's voters approved a legalization measure.

WILLIAMS, Ariz. — As early voting begins, voters are encouraged to do their homework about candidates and propositions they will see on the ballot. Proposition 207 is one of the propositions voters will find. The proposition would legalize the possession and use of marijuana for adults over the age of 21 in Arizona.
