Starting May 2, Kaibab National Forest will begin selling personal-use firewood permits for the 2022 season.

For the 2021 season, KNF offices will process all permit requests by phone only. Permits will not be issued in person this year.

Only existing permit holders will be able to take advantage of the two-month extension, which will go through the end of February 2020.

Kaibab National Forest will offer firewood cutting permits for the 2017 firewood season beginning May 1 for all three ranger districts.
