Rowdy: week of April 17.

Our home is Williams and we would like to work with the WUSD 2 as well as the city of Williams to assist in bringing quality affordable housing to our city’s employees.

Williams is a great community and I am so glad we have been blessed with two good winters in a row insuring that our lakes will be full again this year. Williams has had water challenges throughout its history and it appears with the problems with the Sweetwater Well, we are still experiencing them.

After a four-year pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Williams Animal Action Group (W.A.A.G.) will once again offer a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic for your cats and dogs.

March Events: Time to head to lower country for some excellent bass, crappie and catfishing in the large desert lakes. Wild flowers are in full bloom down south.

I was 25 years old when I had my first cervical biopsy to check a few abnormal cells that showed up on a routine Pap smear. This was followed by a conization in which more of my cervix was removed. When the oncologist sat across from me a few weeks later to explain I had cervical cancer, I was stunned and confused.
