Obituary: Jack Douglas
Jack L. Douglas was born in Gary, Indiana on May 7, 1943 and passed away in Williams, Ariz. Sept. 11, 2023.
Jack was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp from 1964 – 1967 and served in Vietnam, Okinawa and the South Pacific.
He spent his career as a drywall contractor and in his retirement worked as the circulation manager of the Williams-Grand Canyon News.
He is survived by his wife Carole, sons, Todd (Tanisha) and Scott (Chandra) Douglas, stepdaughter, Tracey, stepson, Travis (Angela) and brother Jan (Brenda) Douglas. He also left behind nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services will be Sept. 26, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Camp Navajo Military Cemetery in Bellemont, Ariz.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Jack’s name to the Ark Sanctuary, 9978 N. Friendly Country Road in Parks, Ariz.
