WHS senior spotlight: Yesennia Cabrera
Yesennia is a senior at Williams High School. She has attended school in Williams since kindergarten.
In high school, Yesennia has participated in art and hotel restaurant management.
Yesennia’s favorite class in high school was art.
“I like drawing and being creative,” Yesennia said.
Yesennia’s favorite teacher has been Mrs. Moreno.
“You can talk to her as a friend or a teacher,” Yesennia said.
Yesennia’s favorite high school memory was homecoming.
“It’s fun to dress up and not have to do school work,” Yesennia said.
In her down time, Yesennia likes to do her mom and sister’s nails and makeup.
Outside of school, Yesennia works at Pine Country Restaurant. She recommends people come and try the bacon buffalo sandwich or country-fried steak.
After high school, Yesennia plans to go to cosmetology school in Flagstaff. She hopes to do nails professionally and grow her lash business.
