Obituary: Debra "Debbie" Diane Dean

Debbie was born in Flagstaff, Arizona Jan. 30, 1959.

Raised in Williams, she was an active member of The Williams Mountaineers 4-H club for a number of years. She raised beef calves as a project but horses were her passion. She enjoyed showing horses and barrel racing the most.

Debbie attended all twelve years of school in Williams.

In high school she was an honor student and a member of the drama club.

Throughout Deb's life she lived in California, Idaho and eventually settled in Carlin, Nevada before returning to Arizona a few years ago.

Debbie never met a stranger and always had a smile for everyone she met. Her faith was strong and she never wavered from it.

She is survived by her three children Rebecca (Scott) Paice, Rosalyn Flower and Randy (Darcy) Owens; her parents Bob and Peggy Dean; brother Delbert (Phyllis) Dean; sister Phyllis (Mark) Billington, seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Debbie was preceded in death by grandparents Denton and Rowena Dean and Dutch and Katie Van Brunt.

A private family service will be at a later date.

Debbie passed peacefully at her home in Buckeye, Arizona July 24, 2023.
