City offers reward for information on grafitti
WILLIAMS, Ariz. — The city of Williams is taking action against recent graffiti that has cropped up throughout the community.
According to Mayor John Moore, the city is now offering a reward for residents who report information that leads to the arrest of anyone who commits graffiti vandalism.
On Nov. 17, city workers painted over several graffiti marks around town.
Any new graffiti can be reported to the Williams Police Department or the city of Williams. Callers can remain anonymous.
“We’ve got a nice town, we’ve worked for years to keep it cleaned up and I intend to continue to work to keep it cleaned up even after I’m no longer in the office as the mayor of the town,” Moore said. “The town needs to be kept clean, it’s a beautiful nice town and we need to keep it that way.”
