Vikings fall sports announce first practices
WILLIAMS, Ariz. — Williams High School has announced the return of the fall athletic season.
Vikings volleyball will hold a parent and athlete meeting Aug. 1 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Families will be given practice rules and safety guidelines for the season.
The team will also be holding an ice cream social tentatively scheduled for Aug. 11.
Williams High School cheer team is also gearing up for the season and will hold first practices soon.
Vikings soccer will hold its first practice Aug. 1 at 9 a.m. at the Williams Elementary-Middle School soccer field.
Williams High School football hosted a team camp July 18-21 to begin training for the new season.
There will be a parent and player meeting for incoming freshmen and new players July 21 at 6 p.m. at Williams High School. Players are meeting in the gym.
The first day of official football practice is July 25.
Players for all sports need to have their physicals completed.
