Lady Vikings fall to Desert Christian at 1A basketball play-in
WILLIAMS, Ariz. — The Williams Lady Vikings were cut short on their path to the 1A State Tournament when they lost a close game with Desert Christian in a play-in game in Tucson, 46-44.
Kadance Orozco and Shaelee Echeverria finished the season with 134 and 132 respective points, placing night and 10th in the 1A Conference.
Kai Mortensen placed seventh with 60 free throws over the season.
The Lady Vikes ended the year with an 11-3 record.
