WILLIAMS, Ariz. —The Williams Vikings soccer program has returned for a second high school season.

With new coach Christi Endicott, the Vikings held their first practices this week. The team will be on the field from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. each day.

Because of the popularity and success of the youth soccer programs in Williams, parents and students urged the high school to introduce the program at the high school level last year.

The Vikings have 11 games lined up for this year.

The team has their first game at 4 p.m. Aug. 25 against BASIS-Flagstaff at Northern Arizona University.

Their first home game is Aug. 30 with St. John. The game will be at Williams Elementary-Middle School at 4 p.m.

Interested players can contact the high school at (928) 635- 4474.
