Cecil Cloin Jr., 79, was born in Maiden, Missouri on June 21, 1938. Cloin passed away July 16, 2017 in Chino Valley, Arizona. Affordable Burial & Cremation, LLC of Prescott Valley, Arizona handled all arrangements.
