Williams Elementary-Middle School students took to the stage Jan. 14 and 15 to try to out-spell their classmates. At right: The Williams Middle School Spelling Bee finalists were Cooper Heap in first place followed by Jasmine Wouters, Emily Noble, C.J. Henson and Justin Johnston. Below: The Williams Elementary School Spelling Bee finalists were Slade Christiansen in first place followed by classmates Marcie Heap, Arwen Salgado, Cailan Gulyas and Leslie Urias. The two first place spellers will move on to the Coconino County Spelling Bee.
