Michael W. Warwick
Michael W. Warwick went to his eternal reward in January 2014 at age 76.
Mike and the love of his life, Patricia were Williams residents who truly loved our small mountain town. Mike was a pioneer in early computers and software development. He remained a valuable consultant to major software developers until his death.
Mike was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the coldest part of the Cold War. He was a systems mechanic on the B-52 in the mid 1950s. He remained a patriot throughout his life.
Because of failing health he and Patricia moved to the Phoenix area where they could be near her family and eventually the assisted living that they both soon required.
Mike was a long time member of the American Legion, Post 57 in Ash Fork, Arizona in particular. He is survived by a brother in Connecticut. The Chaplain of the American Legion in Arizona along with the Legion Commander of Mike's district and the Commander of his post in Ash Fork all selected "Potters Field" without military honors for Mike. It appears that he might have been part of the disgraceful happenings at the Phoenix Veteran's Hospital based upon the timing.
Rest in peace my friend.
