GRAND CANYON, Ariz. - Current South Rim Artist-in-Residence Bobbie Sullivan creates a visual journal of her life and adventures in her postcard sized landscape "quilts."

This year Sullivan was a selected artist on both the North and South Rims, enjoying a rare, six-week, back-to-back experience.

She will present a Power Point artist talk at the evening program on Sept. 21, at 7 p.m. at the Shrine of the Ages, during which she'll discuss her National Park residency experiences, and show images from her ambitious Postcard-a-Day project.

During her South Rim residency, you can see five of Sullivan's larger-scale landscape quilts hung in Park Headquarters lobby, open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
