Bryan keeps seat as Tusayan mayor
Judi Beckerleg, Kevin Hartigan and Pete Shearer elected to the Grand Canyon Unified School District board
TUSAYAN, Ariz. - In the race for the town of Tusayan's council seat, Greg Bryan defeated write-in candidate Robert Evans with nearly 55 percent of the vote.
Judi Beckerleg, Kevin Hartigan and Pete Shearer were elected to the Grand Canyon Unified School District board.
Andrew Aldaz and John Vail were elected to the Tusayan Fire District board.
Voters elected former Flagstaff City Councilmember Art Babbott to the Coconino County Board of Supervisors, for the seat representing northwest Flagstaff, Valle and Tusayan. Babbott defeated Gail Dent with almost 81 percent of the vote.
Coconino County Supervisor Matt Ryan won another term representing Williams, Munds Park and Flagstaff. Ryan won close to 64 percent of the vote, defeating challenger Jack Darum.
Mandy Metzger, Liz Archuleta and Lena Fowler retained their seats unopposed.
In the race for County Recorder, Democrat Patty Hansen won close to 67 percent of the votes against Independent challenger Troy Troutman.
