Fritsinger is Williams' latest council member
351 of 1,672 registered voters made final decision
WILLIAMS, Ariz. - More than 55 percent of 351 Williams voters selected Craig Fritsinger as the newest Williams City Council member. Fritsinger received 195 votes over challenger Bobby Patricca, who secured 153 votes. There were three write-in votes in the May 15 election.
There were 1,672 registered voters. Only 21 percent chose to vote.
Three other races had been decided on March 13 when the candidates won more than 50 percent of the vote. Williams Mayor John Moore retained his seat, as did council members Frank McNelly and James Wurgler.
Fritsinger will fill the seat of Councilman Bill Miller, who did not seek re-election.
