Visit Bearizona - A North American drive-thru wildlife park
See black bear, bison, arctic wolves and more!

It is at last Indian Summer in historic Williams, Arizona and crisp morning air greets the sun as it rises lazily over the San Franscisco Peaks each day; warming the forest comfortably to between 65 and 75 degrees. At Bearizona Wildife Park, the chilly evenings and cool mornings mean that the animal residents have all put on their lustrous winter coats. Fall is a fantastic time to visit and provides extraordinary photographic opportunities.

Surrounded by the world's largest ponderosa pine forest, the 160 acre Bearizona Wildlife Park is the only park of its kind in the southwest. Guests are able to drive their own private vehicle or motor coach through three miles of Arizona wilderness to witness herds of burro, brown bison, dall sheep, white bison, big horn sheep and our adult North American black bear.

After completing the driving tour, guests are invited to stroll along the winding paths of Fort Bearizona where our smaller animals are on exhibit. Visitors can enjoy the antics of adorable bear cubs, as well as bobcat, wolves, fox and javelina.

Bearizona Wildlife Park is open through the first week of January, 2011 - weather permitting. Fort Bearizona will be decorated for the Christmas season. Children of all ages can enjoy hot cocoa and cookies in the gift shop during their holiday visit. Bring in your Grand Canyon Railway's Polar receipt ticket and receive $2 off an adult admission and $1 off a child's admission to the park.

A great destination for tourists and Arizona locals alike, Bearizona offers a season pass program with discounts in the gift ship and exclusive invites to wildlife park events not open to the general public.

Bearizona's mission is to promote conservation and preservation through safe, affordable, memorable and educational encounters with North American wildlife.

Bearizona is located at Highway 64 and Interstate 40 in historic Williams, Ariz. For more information, call (928) 635-2289 or visit www.bearizona.com.
