Winter weather advisory in effect until 4 p.m., April 14
An additional three to six inches of snow on the way
WILLIAMS, Ariz. - A winter weather advisory remains in effect until 4 p.m. this afternoon, April 14, 2012. An additional three to six inches of snow is expected. Visibility remains poor. Heavy snow showers will continue to develop throughout the day. Visibility in these heavy showers will quickly lower to white out conditions along with rapid accumulation of snow.
According to the National Weather Service, southwest winds of 10-20 MPH with gusts around 30 MPH are possible. Motorists will encounter rapidly changing road conditions from wet to snow covered and icy as well. If you must travel, plan extra time and use caution.
