The personnel of Kaibab National Forest got together Sunday at the Camp Clover Ranger Station for an enjoyable potluck supper party as a welcome to the new supervisor, L.S. Lessel and Mrs. Lessel. Eighteen members of the forest family - 14 adults and four youngsters - turned out to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Lessel.
50 years ago Oct. 26, 1961
Highway patrolman Archie Morris addressed the Williams Women's Club last Thursday evening. He gave an interesting talk concerning the work of the highway patrol and also stressed the use of safety belts in the family automobile.
35 years ago Oct. 28, 1976
Kim Lilly and Andy Corral were named homecoming queen and king for 1976 during halftime at Friday's game. Attendants are Kathy Carlson and Gary Killinsworth.
