Williams 911: Week of Nov. 2, 2011

The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -

• Officers took a report of the theft of boulders from Highland Meadows.

• Officers took a report of criminal damage on Grand Canyon Boulevard.

• Officers took a report of trespassing on Slagel.

• Officers responded to a dog tangled in a lead on Tabor.

• Officers responded to a natural death on Edison.

• Officers took a report of a private property accident in a parking lot.

• Officers responded to a trespasser on First.

• Officers responded to a fire alarm at a hotel on Route 66.

• Officers recovered firecrackers at Williams High School from a student.

• Officers took a report of criminal damage on Fourth.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Grand Canyon Boulevard.

• Officers took a report of threats at a gas station.

• Officers responded to possible drug use at the middle school. A juvenile male was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drugs in a school zone. Another juvenile male was arrested for bringing the marijuana to the school. He was arrested for transporting marijuana and transporting marijuana into a school zone.

• Officers responded to a verbal domestic on Wells Fargo. The parties were separated.

• Officers responded to a bar in reference to a customer causing a disturbance.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Route 66 at a business.

• Officers arrested a male for aggravated DUI on Ninth and Route 66.

• Officers responded to a verbal domestic on Pine. The parties were separated.

• Officers responded to a man with rifle in front of the middle school during a Halloween event. The school was locked down for approximately 15 minutes while officers searched the area. Nothing was found in the area.

• Officers took a report of criminal damage to a vehicle on Seventh.

• Officers responded to an intoxicated female on Route 66. She was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Seventh.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Second.

• Officers investigated a non-injury accident on Railroad.
