The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -
Officers took a report of a private property accident in a parking lot.
Officers responded to a speeding ATV on Homestead.
Officers dealt with a civil matter at a hotel.
Officers responded to an alarm on Route 66.
Officers responded to a shoplifter on Grand Canyon Boulevard. A male was arrested for shoplifting, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of narcotic drugs.
Officers responded to a barking dog on Fairview.
Officers responded to several other loose dog calls.
Officers assisted Life Line on Rodeo.
Officers responded to a non-injury accident on Grant.
Officers assisted with a funeral escort.
Officers took a report of harassment on Fifth.
Officers and animal control responded to numerous loose dog calls.
Officers responded to a fight on Route 66. A male was arrested for assault.
Officers responded to a report of dogs locked inside a car at Cataract Lake.
Officers responded to a report of a dog bite at a campground.
Officers responded to a trespasser at a fast food restaurant. Two subjects were trespassed from the property.
Officers took a report of a stolen medical prescription.
Officers responded to a fight on Fourth and Sherman. A male was arrested for assault.
Officers responded to a disturbance on Third and Route 66.
Officers assisted Lifeline at several locations throughout the weekend.
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male in a church parking lot at Seventh and Grant. The male was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center via Life Line.
Officers dealt with a transient on Country Club Road.
Officers responded to a dog locked inside a vehicle.
Officers responded to a barking dog complaint on Fourth and Sherman.
Officers assisted the Department of Public Safety with an injury accident on Interstate 40.
Officers investigated a non-injury accident on Fourth and Route 66.
Officers assisted the Williams Volunteer Fire Department with an engine fire at a gas station.
Officers took a report of phone fraud on Grand Canyon Boulevard.
Officers responded to neighbor problems on Rodeo.
Officers issued 10 parking tickets on Route 66, 21 citations and gave out 14 warnings.

Those that want to report a crime while remaining anonymous, can also call Silent Witness at (928) 774-6111 or (877) 29-CRIME. Silent Witness offers rewards of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
