Editorial: www.grandcanyonnews.com
It's true. Not only do we publish a print edition of the News every week, we feature enhanced content online.
Often we can only run one or two photos along with a story, but we are able to upload a photo gallery to accompany the story online. The online version of the News features interactive reader polls focused on current events in the region. Current weather conditions are featured prominently on our home page as well.
Along with writing letters to the editor (a practice we encourage), an excellent way to make your opinion heard is by submitting a reader comment. Commenting online opens the door to dialogue with folks living in your community.
The only catch? You have to play nice.
Commenting is a lot like writing email. It's easy to be misunderstood. Without the benefit of tone of voice and even facial expressions, things tend to sound a little harsh. On top of that, anonymity sometimes makes us a little more bold than we might otherwise be.
So, let's hear a little feedback. But, please, try to keep any criticism constructive.
