Softball tournament to benefit Senior Grad Night

The First Annual Memorial for the Children Softball Tournament will be held Sept. 10-11 at Cureton Park. All proceeds will go to the Senior Grad Night celebration.
The tournament is a memorial to Williams residents Jesse Buchmoyer, Matthew Dent, Prescott McDaniel and Elena Rivera and California resident Matthew Smith. The five youth were killed Sept. 10, 2007 in a car accident on Perkinsville Road.
The softball tournament will also include a horseshoe tournament and barbecue. Sign up for the horseshoe tournament begins at 11 a.m. Sept. 10.
