The old municipal reservoir filled during the weekend and the Dogtown Wash reservoir added another 50 million gallons to increase the water in storage there to approximately 200 million gallons, or slightly more than half full.

Rail service from Williams to Grand Canyon will resume April 24, according to the Santa Fe office here. Trains will depart Williams at 4:15 a.m. each day and return trip arrival time to this station is 10:20 p.m. This service is discontinued in the fall each year and resumes in the spring when increased travel warrants it.

Cheerleader tryouts have been completed at the Williams High School, and the Varsity squad for next year is composed of Irene Apodaca, Cathy Cooper, Paula Martinez and Teresa Torrez, with Lorena Merrill as alternate. Junior Varsity cheerleaders will be Karen Buckner, Joyce Fuller, Kelly Hageman and Brenda Merrill with Paula Sandoval as alternate.
