Easter Sunrise Service on Sunday

The Williams Ministerial Association will host a Community Easter Sunrise Service at 6 a.m., on Sunday, March 23. The service will be held at Young Life's Lost Canyon in the dining hall. All are welcome to attend.

St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church

Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord.

Reflect this week on what your Lord did for you - gave His only son so that we may have everlasting life.

Services for Holy Week are as follows:

• Maundy Thursday, 6 p.m. service.

• Good Friday, two services - a meditation service at noon and a worship service at 6 p.m.

• Easter Sunday, 10:30 a.m. service.

All are reminded of the ecumenical Easter sunrise service at the Young Life camp at 6 a.m.

Community United Methodist Church

"The King is coming" was the title of the message brought by special guest speaker Cosette Riggs in Pastor Billy's absence. Bruce Baker gave the children's message. Palms were placed near the altar. Bobby Green sang special music while Virginia Baker played the piano. A very special morning was enjoyed by the congregation.

A SIS meeting will be held tonight at 6 p.m. At 7 p.m. a Bible study begins. On Thursday a Maundy (Holy) Thursday service will be held at 7 p.m.. On Good Friday at 7 p.m., the film "The Passion of the Chirst" will be shown at Billy and Judy Martin's home.

On Saturday at 10:30 a.m., children can dye eggs and catch an Easter story at the social hall. A Conference/Lenten prayer vigil will be held from 6 p.m. to midnight (you may pray at home). At 6 a.m. Sunday, at Young Life Camp, an Easter sunrise service will be held. At 8:30 a.m., the annual youth pancake breakfast will be held in the Social Hall with an egg hunt following.

On Sunday, March 30, children in kindergarten through eighth grade are welcome to attend the Young Disciples Church (same time as regular worship). This will combine Sunday school and worship for our young people.

Weekly events include:

• Tuesday - 1 p.m. Not-Sew-Perfect Quilters.

• Saturday - 7 a.m. Men's Ministry breakfast.

• Sunday - 8:45 a.m., Sunday school, all ages; 9:45 a.m., child care (0-5 years of age); and 10 a.m., worship.

St. Joseph Catholic Church

On Holy Wednesday, March 19, confessions will begin at 11 a.m. in Seligman and an English Mass will follow at noon.

On Holy Thursday, March 20, confessions in Spanish and English will be held in Ash Fork at 4 p.m. A bilingual Mass of the Lord's Supper follows at 5 p.m. Visits to the repository will be held until 10 p.m. in Ash Fork. A bilingual Mass of the Lord's Supper will begin at 8 p.m. in Williams. Visits to the repository will be offered until midnight.

On Good Friday, March 21, an English Stations of the Cross, English Veneration of the Cross and Holy Communion will be held at noon in Seligman. The same services will be offered at 3 p.m. in Ash Fork. A bilingual Stations of the Cross begins at 5 p.m. in Williams. At 6 p.m., A bilingual Veneration of the Cross and Holy Communion will be offered in Williams.

On Holy Saturday, March 22, confessions in Spanish and English will be held in Williams at 4 p.m. At 8 p.m., bilingual Easter services will be held in Williams and will include the Service of Light, Liturgy of the Word, Liturgy of Baptism and liturgy of the Eucharist.

On Easter Sunday, an English Mass begins at 8 a.m. in Williams. A bilingual Mass begins at 10 a.m. in Ash Fork. An English Mass will begin at noon in Seligman.

Legion of Mary meets on Tuesdays following the 9 a.m. Mass.

Knights of Columbus meet at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.

Mass is held at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. (Spanish) on Saturday and 8 a.m. on Sunday. Confessions are offered from 4-5 p.m. on Saturday.

Family Harvest Church invites all teens ages 10-19 to attend the Teen Rally at 7 p.m. Friday at the church. The Teen Rally continues every Friday.

Family Harvest Church would like to invite you to Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Kids church (10 and under) and nursery will be provided.
