Symposium to celebrate 75th anniversary of CCC
Grand Canyon National Park and the Grand Canyon Association will celebrate the Civilian Conservation Corps with a CCC symposium here from Friday, May 30-Sunday, June 1.
Learn more about the rich history of the CCC through walks and presentations by scholars.
That weekend, also in honor of the CCC, a new exhibit opens at Kolb Studio. "It Saved My Life: The Civilian Conservation Corps at Grand Canyon, 1933-1942" runs from May 31-Oct. 19.
