Those who have ever dreamt of life in the Old West need dream no more. All the excitement of that beloved bygone era is brought back to life at Wild West Junction in Williams, located at 321 E. Route 66. The junction offers daily adventures for those looking for the Old West in the American Southwest, including cowboy shootouts, skits and structures that seem plucked right out of the pages of a cowboy's history book.

Visitors to Wild West Junction can also find accommodations for the night at the Drover's Hotel, with individually themed rooms, as well as a great southwestern dining experience at Typhoon Saloon and Restaurant. The family oriented restaurant replicates the experience of a real Old West saloon and even offers outdoor seating on a veranda large enough for a party of 40. Other junction features include Jules of the West, where one can find any number of antiques and collectibles, the Clips on 66 salon, Quilters Mercantile for fabrics, and the Lodge - the junction's sister motel.

Visitors to Wild West Junction can not only capture the essence of the southwest during their visit, but they can see it as well, thanks to the wondrous Territorial Museum. There one can find historical items, movie memorabilia and "vignettes" detailing an Old West barbershop, saloon, chuck wagon and gambling displays. Visitors can also see a rare working saddle by G.S. Garcia.

Plans are also under way to open a Chinese restaurant on the grounds of Wild West Junction. Called Hop Sings, the restaurant will offer buffet-style meals on the first floor or in the upstairs bar area. Complete with outdoor patios and covered in distressed tin, the restaurant's interior will boast Chinese artifacts as well as two marvelously hand-painted dragons. Other future plans include Wild West Junction's own Chuck Wagon Dinner Theater, to include dinner and an old-fashioned western cowboy show.
