Donna June Van Der Vart
Donna J. Van Der Vart, 65, of Williams died July 18, 2007 in Prescott.
The daughter of Erick and Lilly Matson, Mrs. Van Der Vart was born in Williams on June 1, 1942 and graduated from Williams High School in 1960. She worked as a secretary for Continental Bank in Phoenix and then worked in Flagstaff for several businesses. She returned to Williams in 1980.
Van Der Vart is survived by her brother, Harry Matson of Williams; sister, Mary (Michael) Kolek of Flagstaff; nephews, Robert Kolek of Flagstaff and John Kolek of San Diego, Calif.; and two great-nieces.

Jack Donald Gamboa
Jack Donald Gamboa, 79, of Palm Desert, Calif. and Williams, passed away on July 8, 2007 in Palm Springs.
He was born Jan. 10, 1928 to Jacob and Wilma Gamboa in Chicago, Ill. He married Shirley M. Hillman on June 28, 1947 in Chicago, Ill. Jack was in the insurance business most of his life. He became self-employed teaching the trade all over the country until retiring in Palm Desert. Jack served in the US Navy during 1946. Jack was an avid golfer and loved playing the game with his son and friends.
He is survived by his son Tom Gamboa of Rancho Mirage; his wife Shirley Gamboa of Palm Desert and Williams; Shirley's daughters Carol Johnson and family of Williams and Susan Brown and family of Williams; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held July 15, 2007 at Tom Gamboa's home.
