The Williams Little League girls softball All Stars team has been performing beyond expectations.

In their first tournament game against Dewey/Humbolt, Williams won by a huge 30-5 margin. Their second tourney game proved the Williams girls tough once again, coming away winners against Verde Valley.

The third game, unfortunately, was an upset loss to Sedona, but the Williams girls came back strong for their fourth match, which produced yet another win against Verde Valley, this one19-6.

The girls played against Sedona one more time in the championship tournament game July 12 and came in a very noteworthy second place. Final scores and details will appear in the next issue of the News.
