Immunization clinic for kids set for Tuesday<br>
Children’s immunization clinics offer vaccines for diptheria, tetanus, whooping cough, meningitis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, chicken pox and pneumococcal. Vaccinations are given to patients through 18 years of age. These are free if the series was started before the patient turns 19. Please bring children’s immunization records with you.
There is an administration fee of between $2 and $15 based on a sliding scale according to family income and number in the household. TB testing for children is also available at a nominal fee.
Adult vaccinations including meningitis for college-bound students and TB tests are also available by appointment. Adults pay for the vaccines plus an administration fee of between $10 and $30 based on a sliding scale according to family income and number in household.
