Time is short to donate to town Easter egg hunt
With Easter only three weeks away the time is now to donate to the community Easter egg hunt being held at Buckskinner Park, set for 1 p.m.
To ensure a bounty for local kids, candy, plastic eggs, prizes and cash donations are needed.
So far, the Williams Rotary Club has donated $75, the Grand Canyon Railway and Stella and Lawrence Sanchez of Rod's Steakhouse have donated colored eggs, Cruiser's Cafe, Pancho McGillicuddy's, Pizza Factory and Peak Confection have also donated prizes. Local residents Carol and Ray Glassburn also gave $25 to help with the event.
Anyone who wants to donate can contact Nit-Noi Hauger at 635-4426.
