Following is a rundown of events from the Grand Canyon, Tusayan and Valle area for Dec. 13-19:

Today

3-7 p.m. — Coconino Community College preregistration at Grand Canyon Community Recreation Center.

7 p.m. — Grand Canyon High School Winter Program and Art Gallery at Shrine of the Ages.

7-8 p.m. — Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Kachina Lodge, Kachina room.

Thursday

10 a.m. — General Management Plan community meeting at Shrine of the Ages.

12:10 p.m. — Grand Canyon Rotary Club at El Tovar Hotel.

1:30 p.m. — Santa Claus visits Grand Canyon Best Western Squire Inn.

6:30 p.m. — Tusayan Volunteer Fire Department training in fire station in Tusayan. Area residents interested in volunteering are welcome. Call 638-FIRE for more information.

Friday

7-8 p.m. — Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Kachina Lodge, Kachina room.

Saturday

7-8 p.m. — Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Kachina Lodge, Kachina room.

8:15-9:15 p.m. — Al-Anon Family Group meeting at Thunderbird Lodge, Kiva Room.

Sunday

6 p.m. — Grand Canyon community youth group progressive dinner. Meet at Grand Canyon Community Recreation Center.

Monday

7-8 p.m. — Alcoholics Anonymous meeting at Kachina Lodge, Kachina room.
