WILLIAMS, Ariz. — Despite the recent drop in temperatures, Williams Aquatic Center has announced its opening day and a free swim.

Beginning May 25, the swimming pool will offer a multitude of options for those wanting to cool off.

Aerobics and lap swimming will be 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Swim lessons and lap swimming will be 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays, and 4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday-Friday.

Camp Civitan will be at the pool 10 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Summer Rec will use the pool 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays and Friday.

Youth clubs will be at the pool 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

Public swim is Tuesday - Saturday 1 - 4 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 - 8 p.m.

The pool is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Season passes are $120 for seniors and students, $140 for adults and $200 for a family. Students 8 - 18 years old are $3, Adults 19-54 are $4, Seniors are $3, and Families are $10. Punch passes are available.

Swim lesson are $30 for eight lessons. Registration is required and is first come first serve. More information is available at (928) 635-3005.
