Donations sought for owls for children
Annie the Owl will be given to each child who attends the Wiliams Community Dinner Dec. 11 at Doc Holiday’s Steakhouse. Viriginia Quinn, Carol Glasburn and Teresa Rodriguez are seeking $20 donations for each stuffed animal. Organizers hope to raise enough money to distribute 200 owls at the dinner. Quinn has been an Avon representative for 30 years and has organized the fundraiser for the past nine years. More information can be found by contacting Quinn at (928) 635-0677. Donations can also be mailed to Quinn at 106 S. 9th St., Williams.
