What is your background?
I have lived in Williams all my life. I never left. I went to Williams High School. I started as a dish washer and then worked my way up to cooking. And I love cooking. I've been doing it for about 20 years. I was at Denny's for 16 years. I ended up here with Anna. This is awesome. Anna is awesome. She's something else. A good person to work for.
What is the weirdest request you've gotten recently?
There was a gentleman that came in asking for a chile relleno with cottage cheese I think. I can't remember exactly. But it just wasn't right. Let's put it that way. We did do it. And he enjoyed it.
