Alexandro Lozano Levario

Alex was born in Williams, Arizona on May 25, 1919 and passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2015.

He was a WWII veteran who witnessed the raising of the U.S. flag at the take over from the Japanese at Mt. Suribachi, Battle of Iwo Jima in 1945.

He was a devoted husband, brother, godfather, uncle, cousin and friend. Alex will be remembered for his independence, strong will, being a proud Marine and loyalty to all those he loved.

The family would like to thank the staff at Hillcrest Golden Living Center and Kaiser Permanente Hospital for their care during his final days.

Visitation will be held at Wallin's Sanger Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on "O" Street in Sanger on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 9 a.m. with interment to follow at Sanger Cemetery.
