Joan Lucille Johnson, 84, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2015 in her home and in the arms of her loving husband.
Joan was born to Bernard and Martha Bradley on November 15, 1930 in Kewanee, Illinois and was the second oldest of seven children, and graduated from Kewanee High School in 1949. Herb and Joan were married on February 4, 1949 and moved to Arizona in 1952 where they started their new life and raised their family.
Joan was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Her kindness, generosity, compassion, positive attitude, warm smile and enthusiasm for life made her loved by all who knew her.
Joan is survived by her husband of 66 years, Herbert, and her children, daughter Beth and son-in-law Courtney, daughter Linda, son Jeff and daughter-in-law Nicole. Grandchildren, Jacob, Stephanie, Nicole, Jessica, Haley, Lexi, Ava and Jenna. Great grandchildren, Emily and Austin.
She is also survived by her sisters Bonnie, Virginia and Susan, her brother Bernard and numerous cousins.
Memorial services have been held.
