Williams Police Officer Jason Nicolls stands by a new DUI enforcement vehicle purchased with a Governor's Office of Highway Safety Grant for $46,000. The truck is the second DUI vehicle the Governor's Office has granted to the Williams Police Department in a year. The department also recently received $67,000 from the Office of Homeland Security for radio repeaters.
