Christopher George Dennison
On Tuesday July 29, 2014, Christopher George Dennison passed away in his sleep while attending training for work at a beautiful resort in Mescalero New Mexico. Chris was a hard worker, a friend to all, a loving father and a devoted husband. Born on October 14, 1960, everyone who had the great opportunity to be around Chris was fortunate to meet a kind and respectable man who would help anyone in need.
When he was not spending his time working for the Forest Service as a communications technician, Chris enjoyed spending time with Ladena, his wife of 29 years, and his two children Alyssa and Mychal.
Chris is survived by his extended families, Pete and Marci Sam and their three children Aaron, PJ and Ashlynn. Very important to Chris were his in-laws Dave and Lori York as well as nephews Joshua, Briant and Braysen. He will be greatly missed by his nieces Michelle, Anais and Paityn, nephews Ryan, Cesar and Kenyon, father-in-law Kenneth Talakte and mother-in-law Rita Talakte, sister Cheri, brother and best friend Clay Barnes. He was preceded in death by his"mother" Linda Talakte.
A memorial service will take place at 5 P.M. on Friday, August 8 at Elephant Rocks Golf Course. The golf course was where Chris enjoyed spending time with the ones he loved. At work, at play or at home, Chris was a family oriented man who touched the hearts of everyone who met him.
