Williams 911: Week of March 14, 2012

The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -

• Officers responded to a domestic violence on Sherman. A male was arrested for assault.

• Officers responded to a trespasser on Grand Canyon Boulevard.

• Officers arrested a male for extreme DUI on Route 66.

• Officers responded to a verbal domestic at a restaurant.

• Officers responded to a suspicious package at a business on Route 66.

• Officers responded to a verbal argument on Quarterhorse.

• Officers investigated a non-injury accident on Second and Route 66.

• Officers responded to a domestic on First. A male was arrested for assault and criminal damage.

• Officers arrested a male for driving with a suspended driver's license on Grant.

• Officers dealt with four juveniles out past curfew on Sixth.

• Officers responded to a verbal domestic on Fifth.

• Officers took a report of burglary on Slagel. The suspects were located and two subjects were arrested for burglary, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Officers responded to a domestic at a hotel. Officers recovered a large amount of marijuana. A male was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of dangerous drugs for sale.

• Officers responded to a domestic violence on Sherman. A male was arrested for criminal damage and assault.

• Officers investigated a hit and run non-injury accident on First and Route 66. A man was cited.

• Officers responded to domestic violence on Third. A male was arrested for assault.

• Officers responded to an intoxicated male on Homestead. The man was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center.

• Officers took a report of criminal damage to a window on Sherman

• Officers took a report of burglary on Sixth.

• Officers arrested a male for a felony warrant on Highway 64.

• Officers responded to juveniles shooting a city sign with air guns on Edison.

• Officers responded to Third and Sherman in reference to a disturbance. A male was arrested for criminal damage, underage drinking and contributing to a minor. A female was arrested for underage drinking and another male was arrested for underage drinking.

• Officers responded to a hotel in reference to an intoxicated male knocking on doors. The male was located and taken to his room.

• Officers responded to a transient causing problems on Grand Canyon Boulevard. The subject was removed from the area.

• Officers arrested a male for driving with a suspended driver's license on Edison.

• Officers issued 15 citations and gave out 38 warnings.
