Williams 911: Week of Feb. 22, 2012

The Williams Police Department answered the following calls for service -

• Officers took a report of harassment on First.

• Officers responded to a suspicious person on the South Road.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Grand Canyon Boulevard.

• Officers investigated an identity theft case.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Route 66.

• Officers took a report of drug activity on Edison.

• Officers responded to a noise complaint at a bar on First and Route 66.

• Officers responded to a disturbance on Route 66. A male was cited for disorderly conduct.

• Officers assisted the Department of Public Safety (DPS) with an injury accident on Route 66.

• Officers took delayed report of theft on Slagel.

• Officers investigated truancy on Fourth.

• Officers assisted DPS with a drug arrest on Interstate 40.

• Officers responded to an intoxicated male on Third and Route 66. He was given a ride home.

• Officers responded to a verbal domestic at a hotel.

• Officers investigated a non-injury accident on Third and Railroad.

• Officers responded to a report of shoplifting on Route 66. The suspect fled before officers arrived.

• Officers arrested a male for extreme DUI on Railroad.

• Officers assisted Life Line at several locations.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Route 66.

• Officers responded to transients seeking money on Grand Canyon Boulevard.

• Officers responded to an alarm on Lakeview.

• Officers responded to suspicious activity on Franklin.

• Officers issued nine citations and gave out 26 warnings.
