Kaibab Forest Service reports six hunter-caused fires since the beginning of deer season. A fire near Volunteer Lookout burned about seven acres last Friday. Two tractor plows and 12 men from Isbell Construction Company, working on a highway project nearby, assisted Forest Service crews in putting out the blaze, which burned grass and brush.
