Williams Mayor John Moore (right) congratulates former Williams Magistrate Bill Sutton for 20 years of service during the Jan. 13 Williams City Council meeting. He received a plaque to commemorate his years of service. Sutton served as judge of the Williams Magistrate Court and Willliams Justice Court. He will continue to serve as a judge in Tusayan.
