The former Malone's Automotive building and surrounding property has been cleaned. JJ's Auto and Carquest are now located on that property. The old Carquest building downtown is being historically restored and may soon be a restaurant.

Twister's has a new outdoor patio and new tables. Pizza Hut has been painted and is sporting a shinier, red roof and Jack in the Box has new paint. Holiday Inn is freshly painted and has new signage.
