65 years ago • Nov. 22, 1945

• Girl Scout Troop No. 1 of Williams have completed plans for a Christmas toy sale to be held on Dec. 22. The troop already has on hand for the sale a fine assortment of toys of various kinds and is now making stuffed animals and birds of many kinds. In addition to the toys, the girls plan to offer a variety of homemade candy, popcorn balls and other delicacies designed to satisfy the Christmas sweet tooth.

50 years ago • Nov. 24, 1960

• Beta Epsilon is hosting their annual See's Candies sales. Candy can be purchased for $1.50 per pound. Telephone orders may be made by calling 779, 123 or 454 before Dec. 3.

35 years ago • Nov. 27, 1975

• Work on the new school building is progressing, and who knows, students may still be able to get into the new school by mid-'76. So far the weather has been favorable for outside construction, but the first big snowstorm could change all that. It's been an open winter so far.
