Letter: City road needs cinders
To the editor:
The city road department has had their hands full with the snow this winter. I have lived on Echo Canyon Road since 1989. They grade the road when they have time to do so and are doing a beautiful job of plowing the snow. However, all the cinders have been graded to the sides and now there is mud, mud, mud.
Can't the department replace the cinders so the vehicles traveling this road wouldn't get stuck or be struggling in the six inches of mud. Remember this is a city road that needs attention and the city's responsibility to maintain it.
