High school honor students announced
Officials at Williams High School have announced honor students for the second quarter of the 2008-2009 academic year.
Students maintaining a 4.0 grade point average include seniors Monica Corona, Cameron Holmes, Kegan Levin, Sherwin MacArthur, Niki Maestas and Juni Nelson.
Juniors maintaining a 4.0 GPA include Ashley Bean, Edward Forbis, Erin McNelly, Michael Tanori and Kole Wiese.
Sophomores achieving a 4.0 GPA include Tasha Bowdon, Jacob Cook, Douglas Forbis, Terry Fuller, Dallas Grantham, Christina Rico, Corrine Rock, Markus Schafer and Samantha Szarzynski.
Freshmen that earned a 4.0 GPA include Marie Corazon Aquino, Jonathan Hernandez, Lindsay Torrez and Amanda Wamble.
Several students earned a rank on the honor roll by maintaining a 3.5 or higher GPA. Senior Robin Parsons achieved this goal.
Juniors achieving honor roll status include Raul Aguilar, Margarette Germany, Cody Harwood, Kater Steward and Brittany Torres.
Sophomores earning honor roll status include Eric Coldwell and David Rodriguez. Freshman achieving honor roll status include Dylan Beavers and Jessica Rincon.
On the honorable mention honor roll, seniors achieving a 3.0 or better included Juan Cruz, Bristol Jenson, Craig Smith, Sean Germany, Adriana Makerney, Gabrielle Calley, Kerrie Fields and Adam Schulte.
Juniors achieving honorable mention honor roll include Rachel Barry, David Flores, Bobby Pruett, Alejandra Rodriguez, Samantha School, Matthew Young, Myra Germany, Michaela Langston, Eric Leon, Jessica Simmons and Carisa Stilwell.
Sophomores earning a place on the honorable mention honor roll are Steven Castaneda, Colter Hooker, Colby Reinarz, Tiffany Trimble, Vicente Velazco, Magdalene White, Logan Wygal, Tayler Young, Darius Brown, Vicki Corrrea, Edgar Duarte, Karina Duran, Garrett Flink, Rhianna Hernandez, Miriam Rubio and Rico Trujillo.
Freshmen achieving honorable mention honor roll status include Paige Parenteau, Vanessa Rivera, Wesley Watson, Brandon Bailes, Jordan Berry, Sarah Dewey, Jennifer Ruiz, Francisco Villa and Quinn Walker.
