HOGs bearing toys
Members of Grand Canyon chapter of the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club stands by the community Christmas tree with toys they donated to the community. On Nov. 22, the group, accompanied by Santa and Mrs. Claus and escorted by the Williams Police Department, roared into town with their Christmas Toy Run. Members of the Williams Lions Club greeted them to accept the toys on behalf of the Toys for Tots toy drive. The Lions Club prior to Christmas will distribute the toys. It is not too late to pick up a card from a tree at the Christmas Tree Gallery, National Bank of Arizona, Williams Health Care Center or the Williams Ranger District Office and buy and wrap as gift for a needy child. Gifts need to be returned to businesses by Dec. 16. Lions Club members will be delivering gifts before Christmas. To find out how you can help, call Lion Edie Phillips at (928) 635-4784.
