St. John's Episcopal-Lutheran Church
As spring and summer are upon us, may we be grateful for our beautiful surroundings and the bountiful moisture we had this winter.
May we take care to protect our environment and conserve the water that we've been blessed with.
All are welcome to St. John's Sunday morning worship service at 10:30 a.m. and the 9 a.m. Bible study.
This coming Sunday following the worship service there will be a special short service outside to bless our new landscaping/garden project.
A note to all church members - we will be having a rummage sale in August. For this reason, when you are doing your "spring cleaning" keep the sale in mind. You can bring items at any time to store at the church until the sale.
Community United Methodist Church
On the fourth Sunday of Easter Pastor Billy's message was titled "For Christ's Sake, Put Some Clothes On!" Scriptures were read from Colossians 3:12-17. Read it and you'll understand the title.
Young Disciples Church is going well. The teachers are keeping the young disciples very busy with lessons and activities during regular church. Nursery is still available for the little ones.
The birthday bash was well attended. Everyone enjoyed sitting with others who shared the same birthday month. What a great fellowship time.
