Falcs 'smoke' Glassford Hill
The Williams Elementary Middle School (WEMS) Falcons smoked the Glassford Hill Middle School team in a recent victory for the Williams team. The win was a powerful testament to the Falcons prowess this season, as they cinched the victory with a final score of Falcons 24, Glassford Hill 0.
WEMS Coach Deniz Chavez said the team proved their skill during the recent sweep.
"Defensively the athletes did a great job," Chavez said.
Falcon Adrian Solano scored two touchdowns for the team. Jeff Brownlee also performed admirably during the game, with a 25-yard touchdown pass to Falcon Kohl Nixon. Falcon Oscar Nunez intercepted a pass for the Williams team during the game and ran it back an astounding 83 yards for a touchdown.
